Warranty
2-year manufacturer warranty
Every product sold by Nordaa comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures. For certain categories we extend this:
- Water heater tanks: 10 years on the tank body
- TV panels: 2 years on the panel, including dead pixels
- Inverter motors (washing machines, dryers, ACs): 10 years on the motor
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Electrical component failures (boards, motors, compressors)
- Display defects (dead pixels, backlight issues)
- Firmware faults that prevent the product functioning as advertised
What's not covered
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Water damage (unless the product is rated for it)
- Normal wear of consumable parts (filters, bags, seals)
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function
How to claim
- Email warranty@nordaa.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video.
- Our engineer will diagnose within 2 business days.
- We'll repair, replace, or refund — your choice, at our cost.
Extended warranty
Need coverage beyond 2 years? We offer a 5-year extended warranty at checkout for €39 on items over €300. Covers everything the standard warranty does, plus accidental damage.
