Standard delivery time: 3-5 business days within the Netherlands and most EU countries.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on orders over €100.
• Orders under €100: flat rate of €6.95.
• Large appliances (TVs larger than 55", washing machines, dryers, air conditioners) are delivered by a 2-person team by appointment. We will call you to arrange a 2-hour time slot.

Installation (optional)

You can choose paid installation when placing your order — €29 for TVs (wall mount not included), €49 for washing machines/dryers, €129 for split air conditioners.

Returning old appliances

In accordance with the WEEE directive, we will pick up your old appliance for free upon delivery of your new one. Please indicate this at checkout.
