Not sure? Keep it for 30 days. If it's not for you, send it back — we'll refund you in full. No restocking fees, no questions.

How to return

  1. Email returns@richard.com with your order number. We'll reply within a business day with a prepaid return label.
  2. Pack the item with all original accessories and packaging.
  3. Drop it at any PostNL / DHL point, or book a home pickup.
  4. Once we receive it, we'll inspect and refund within 5 business days.

What can I return?

Almost anything. Items must be in the condition you received them — unused for most products. Large appliances can be unboxed and plugged in to check they work.

What can't I return?

  • Personalised or custom-configured items
  • Opened consumables (coffee beans, cleaning products)
  • Items where safety seals have been broken (for hygiene reasons)

Faulty or damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, email support@richard.com with photos. We'll send a replacement and pick up the faulty one — no cost to you.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return. Bank transfer may take an additional 2–3 business days to show up.
