Terms of Sale

2. Ordering
Placing an order on nordaa.com constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. Until then, we may refuse any order (for reasons of stock, pricing errors, or fraud detection).
3. Prices
All prices are in Euros and include 21% VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping is charged separately unless the order qualifies for free delivery. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before order acceptance.
4. Payment
We accept iDEAL, credit/debit cards (Mastercard, Visa), Klarna (pay now, pay in 3, or pay later), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Bancontact. Payment is processed at the moment you place the order. For Klarna Pay Later, the item ships before payment is due.
5. Delivery
See our Shipping & Delivery page for times and costs. Risk passes to you on delivery.
6. Your right to withdraw (14-day cooling-off period)
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU you have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order without giving a reason. We offer an additional 16 days on top of this as part of our returns policy — 30 days total.
7. Warranty
All products carry the statutory 2-year conformity warranty. See our Warranty page for details. This does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, logos, product descriptions) is owned by Nordaa B.V. or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute without permission.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a sale is limited to the price you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
10. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the district where Nordaa B.V. is established, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
